How do I change how I receive order confirmation messages?

If ordering by text message, GoCelly will send your confirmation to your mobile phone and your e-mail account. You can turn off e-mail confirmation by going to the My Account section.

If ordering online, the confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Optionally, you can also turn on confirmation to your mobile phone in the My Account section.

How do I edit my account details?

To edit your personal information, such as address or credit card number, simply go to the My Account section after logging on.

How do I change my phone number?

After logging on to GoCelly, go to the My Account section and select Change Number. Like during the signup process, we will send a text message to your new phone number. To let us know that we have the right phone number, just text back the provided confirmation code.

How do I change my password?

After logging on to GoCelly, go to the My Account section and select Change Password.

What if I've forgotten my password?

In the login box on the top right of the screen, select Lost Password. Enter your phone number along with your full name and we'll send a confirmation text message to your phone. After replying to the text message, we'll send a confirmation code that will allow you to reset your password.

Can I use multiple phones with GoCelly?

Since every GoCelly account is tied to one mobile phone number, only one registered mobile phone can be used.

You can change the mobile phone number in the My Account section.

Can I use my account from another phone?

Your phone number is tied to your GoCelly account, so you can only place orders using your account from your own phone. You can, however, order food online from any computer with a web browser by visting www.gocelly.com

How do I cancel my account?

If you no longer wish to retain your GoCelly account, you can close it in the My Account section of the website.

To opt-out of text messages via SMS, simply text the keywords 'STOP', 'QUIT', 'UNSUBSCRIBE', or 'END' to 90703.
